Due to their compliance with these stringent industry testing parameters, the oscillators are ideal for use in a variety of automotive safety and diagnostic applications , where reliability is critical to protecting the occupants. The seam-sealed oscillators are RoHS- and REACH-compliant with gold terminations. Both series feature an output load of 15 pF (HCMOS), a start-up time of 10 mS and a standby current of 10 uA as well as output disable and enable times of 100 nS and 10 mS, respectively. Output symmetry is 40% to 60%, with 45% to 55% available upon request.
